 This form is to provide information about boaters and non boaters fishing in the Fifth Annual WOW tournament. The event is planned to take soldiers fishing. We welcome any boater that can come to the event and take a soldier fishing.

Please provide the information below that concerns you.
There will be a mandatory pairings/safety meeting for the Military Personnel on Wednesday before the tournament 5:30pm. Boaters should attend this meeting if at all possible.  Everyone is to be at the ramp 6:00am on Friday. Weigh-in will be at 2:00pm for all your friends and family to see.
